Our focus has grown toward post-tension podium structures, where we’ve delivered lasting value and innovative solutions to clients across the Intermountain West.

Headquartered in Logan, Utah, Highmark was founded and built by local owners who grew the company from a small regional builder into a multi-state licensed and insured contractor. Today, we proudly manage projects throughout Utah and Southern Idaho—constructing hundreds of apartments that will serve generations to come.

Our team is the heart of what we do. With fewer than 50 employees, we’re able to maintain a close-knit, collaborative environment where everyone’s contributions matter. We prioritize safety, accountability, and a culture that supports both personal and professional growth.

While our current focus is multi-family housing, our roots include a diverse portfolio: veterinary clinics, assisted living centers, and the renovation of historic buildings in Layton and Logan.
